On the occasion of ECOMONDO, the International Trade Fair of Material & Energy Recovery and Sustainable Development 7 to 10 November 2012, which will be held in Rimini, the Vicenza company Trevi Benne S.p.A. will propose its technology for demolition and recycling field showing crushers, steel shears, screening and crushing buckets for environmental restoration.
Let's get to know some of the leading products of the company:
The Multi-Kit Crusher MK Series is a versatile multi-function tool for all working conditions by using a universal body attaching a various interchangeable demolition kits range with a new and innovative hydraulic system. It means No longer manual exchange, but with fast hydraulic exchange, without having to remove any structural pins. This hydraulic release system is absolutely safe and allows the operator to significantly reduce the time required to replace each kit with a consequent reduction of machine downtime on the job site.
Different demolition kit are available:
- the Pulverizer Kit used to reduce concrete elements and separate the reinforcing round bar from it;
- the Shear Kit indicated for job sites, industrial demolition deposits and for cutting ferrous materials such as profiles, plate and pipes;
- the Combi Kit for demolitions of structures made of reinforced concrete with a high percentage of ferrous materials;
- the Swiss Kit designed for immediately reducing the steel rebar while crushing reinforced concrete;
- the Rail Kit specifically designed for rail cropping.
The MK Series potentially offers dedicated solutions, which can be specifically designed to suit any application and any working condition one can imagine.
The Marilyn Hydraulic Shears CS Series is recommended for use in modern industrial demolition sites where relevant cutting force at considerable heights are required, as for use in professional scrap and steel recycling sites. The jaw geometry and the blade configuration assure a clean linear cut of the scrap metal allowing for the simplification of the subsequent loading operations, thus reducing cost of handling and transport. The tip blade improves the piercing capacity of the tip of the mobile jaw while the guide blade makes sure that its direction is correctly guided during the entire cutting cycle.
The New Crushing Bucket BMe-volution Series is designed to crush aggregate from demolitions and renovations, such as concrete, asphalt; debris from storage centres and quarry and mine waste, to create a finished product to be used as foundation and stabilizer. The Crushing Bucket allows on-site recycling of aggregate, adjusting its grain size and reusing the product on the work site directly. Applied to an excavator, it reduces transport and running costs, reduces the number of mechanical means required and eliminates any problem of disposal at the dumping sites.
Many possible applications:
- civil and industrial demolitions
- recovery in case of renovation
- land reclamation
- industrial areas redevelopment
- road works
- earth-moving works
- crushing in quarries
Not only demolition and recycling attachments are linked to Trevi Benne’s name. New solution for the forestry field are proposed on the booth 36 in Hall C5.
The De-forestation tool WT Series is an equipment which has been designed for felling and deforestation of logs, trees and maintenance of bushes such as the thinning of shrubs of different sizes. Necessary to operate at critical points with difficult access along roadsides, steep slopes, orchards, ensures high productivity with the reuse the cut material for subsequent processing steps (stacking, chipping, grinding, etc.).
The Wood splitter clamp WS Series is an equipment designed for the size reduction on the ground of large logs of wood already cut in order to rationalize their transport, the subsequent processing steps (chipping, shredding) and to speed up the natural internal drying effect.
Is equipped with a robust and compact continuous hydraulic rotation that allows the wood splitter to dissect the trunk perfectly in the center, reducing the operations of moving and handling. The profile of the claws is designed to reduce the effort of penetration of the blades in the trunk, operation further facilitated by the presence of rolls.
