IFAT 2024: Vecoplan to present various themes
Vecoplan at IFAT: Visitors will learn all about the processing of waste into RDFs and plastics processing, including cleaning, conveying and storage.
At IFAT 2024, the world’s leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management (13-17 May in Munich), Vecoplan will present processing technologies that are set to make a lasting impression on visitors under the trade fair motto “Phenomenal Technology”. The machine manufacturer has divided its trade fair stand into thematic sections to meet the trade public’s different needs.
The recycling specialist company will highlight three special topics at its 267 square metre stand in Munich. With its first focal point, Vecoplan will present solutions with which users can process waste into refuse-derived fuels (RDF). Vecoplan will once again be exhibiting the successful VEZ 3200 RDF shredder. Several new and beneficial developments that can be used to optimise materials handling in these processes will also be demonstrated. IFAT visitors will be able to find out exactly what this involves.
The second major topic deals with the processing of plastics. Vecoplan has fully completed the process and now offers cleaning in addition to shredding and separation. There will also be some exciting news about how users can benefit from a genuine recycling process. The machine manufacturer will also be showcasing its highly efficient VIZ shredder, the cutting geometry of which is particularly flexible: It can be precisely adapted to different input and output requirements by changing the rotors and blades and by selecting the right screen. The system also has a high level of availability and impresses users with its low operating costs and maximum throughput, making this Vecoplan high-performance shredder a compellingly powerful solution for all input materials. The machine is equipped with the HiTorc drive, which has a strong start-up phase and a powerful torque. This type of drive is extremely energy-efficient since the torque is produced by magnetic force alone. There are also no components such as clutches, belt drives, flywheels or gears, which means virtually no maintenance is required.
Yet another important topic is the handling of input and output materials and to demonstrate this, Vecoplan will also showcase new products that convey, store and prepare bulk materials for downstream processing. The company supplies its customers with powerful individual machines and systems for various mechanical processing procedures – but Vecoplan also delivers complete, complex plants. The company’s specialists optimise the material flow and match the components perfectly, achieving stability, high energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness along the entire processing line. Vecoplan provides support based on its comprehensive know-how and international project experience.
