Cesaro Mac Import presents new partnerships
During Ecomondo 2022 Cesaro Mac Import exhibited a selection of machinery from all the brands it represents: Doppstadt, Sennebogen, Allreco, MTB, Hitachi Zosen Innova and Il Girasole, Tiger Depack of which it is the manufacturer and exporter.
Among the novelties are Allreco and MTB, two new names in the panorama of technologies offered for waste treatment by the Veneto-based company.
Allreco is the new name for electric and stationary machines from Doppstadt since 2021. Allreco offers a wide range of products which include stationary components for plant construction in the area of environmental technology and recycling as well as for the separation segment, producing trommel screens and sorting systems. Allreco is also a leader in the production of both slow and fast rotation shredders for any type of treatment. The Allreco product range is completed by specialized equipment and accessories.
MTB is Cesaro's new partner since 2022 for the treatment of metals. Based on 40 years of experience, the French company specializes in the processing of copper and aluminum cables, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), industrial waste, end-of-life tyres, scrap metal, etc.
The new brands distributed by Cesaro Mac Import complete the offer of technologies to recover and recycle all categories of waste and obtain new products and new earnings. From single machines to complete plants, Cesaro Mac Import works to offer real circular economy solutions.
Also on display at the stand was UNIT MIX 320 PRO, the new mixer Made in Cesaro Mac Import which, like Tiger Depack, made entirely in Italy under a Doppstadt License exclusively for Italy.
The new mixer enables reliable and precise mixing of organic waste, green waste, soil, bark mulch and sludge to achieve the required ratio. The main applications are mechanical biological treatment plants as well as digestion and composting plants.
UNIT MIX 320 PRO is equipped with three worm shafts in a 15 m³ mixing chamber. When homogenizing different substrates, slurries and additives, the mixer enables precise preparation of the mixing ratio. The very good mixing performance is guaranteed thanks to the intense dough movement and the additional grinding effect due to the aggressive, toothed mixing screws. It is also possible to produce exact mixtures of different substances and aggregates using the optional load cells in continuous or batch operation.
