New SENNEBOGEN 821 E-Series

For all recycling and sorting tasks, at bauma 2013 SENNEBOGEN presents the new SENNEBOGEN 821 of the E-Series. As an all-rounder the machine covers a broad implementation spectrum with reaches to 12 m and an operating weight of 23.9 t. At the scrapyard or when recycling waste, the compact machine reveals its strengths.

Equipped with a 97 kW Cummins diesel engine that satisfies the current Stage IIIB directives with no compromises, SENNEBOGEN 821 is coming to bauma 2013 with a completely new design and optimized technology. Effective immediately, for this machine class as well, the maXcab comfort cab offers the operator maximum operating comfort, an excellent overview, and a high level of safety.

As a reliable all-round machine the SENNEBOGEN 821 is convincing in numerous applications areas, from the recycling of waste and raw materials, to sorting and loading activities. Thanks to the strong mobile undercarriage with 4-point outriggers or optional bulldozer blade the 821 not is not only stable and safe, it can also be used with the utmost flexibility at speeds of up to 20 km/h. In addition to different equipment lengths from 9 m to 12 m and ULM stick variants, the proven SENNEBOGEN modular system also offers customer-specific versions with mobile and crawler undercarriage or special solutions. The elevating maXcab comfort cab with sliding door, comfort seat and automated heater/air conditioner offers the operator a pleasant work environment. Thanks to the elevated position and with generously dimensioned windows, the overview is always ensured.

The new SENNEBOGEN control system, SENCON, supports the operator in daily operation. In this regard the intelligent control system offers the linking of all relevant machine components and, thanks to the ergonomically designed intuitive user interface, it also offers ideal user operability.
In daily operation the operator can make the most important settings himself. For example, the idle-stop automation and Eco Mode can be selected as required, and thus fuel can be effectively saved. In the Optimode of the SENNEBOGEN 821, each area of implementation can be adjusted so that the machine can work at the highest level of efficiency, and save fuel. In combination with the optimized engine controller, savings of up to 25% are possible.

Alternatively to the conventional Cummins diesel engine, on customer request the 821 is also available with the proven electro-hydraulic drive concept. Operating costs reduced by as much as 50%, low noise and the ability to work without stopping to refuel, as well as maximum environmental compatibility are the key advantages.
