Convention & highlights of Remtech Expo 2018
New collaborations and synergies, an international technology hub, a new Land Academy and a pole of innovation and three new thematic segments.
On Wednesday, November 22, was held the first RemTech Expo Convention (19-21 September 2018), the only international permanent event specialized on environmental and natural remediation and risks protection, safety, maintenance, regeneration of the territory. The meeting was attended by almost two hundred among scientific committees, partners, media partners, private companies, public administrations, universities, research, industry.
It was an intense and important moment, a collegial event of encounter and confrontation, dynamic and constructive, with the aim of sharing paths, projects, proposals and reflections in view of the upcoming edition.
RemTech Expo 2018, which starts with a 30% increase in revenue, as the President of Ferrara Fair Filippo Parisini also points out, will see new collaborations and synergies, an international technology hub, a new Land Academy and a pole of innovation and three new thematic segments: RigeneraCity on Urban Regeneration and Social Housing, ClimeTech on Climate Change, Tools, Scenarios, Innovation, ChemTech on Blue and Green Chemistry Reconversion.
"A reference event, an integrated specialized community, an international lighthouse network, a real #influencer" with these words, the main protagonists gathered at the Convention have defined the event.
"RemTech Expo is not an event that you just participate in, as is the case for other events, RemTech Expo is built together and day by day as protagonists" said the manager Silvia Paparella.
The morning came to an end with the RemTech Expo Awards that selected Ana Paya Perez of JRC-EU for "International Debate Award", Marco Falconi of ISPRA for "Innovation Technology Award" and Maria Filippo Soccodato of Alta Scuola for " Argument of the Year ".
In the afternoon, the technical and scientific committees met around their own tables while discussions of the working groups continued on internationalization activities, with particular reference to the extra European target countries, including India, China and South Africa.
Lively atmosphere, professionalism, commitment, propulsive energy and ample satisfaction by all job insiders have characterized the whole day: the engines turned on for the organization of RemTech Expo 2018!
