Molinari: shredders for waste, end-life tyres, plastic, rubber, wood, copper
The entire production process of the Molinari machines is done internally in the factory of Lenna, in the province of Bergamo.
The company in-house Technical Office plans and designs complete shredding systems. Its mechanical workshop is equipped with a large fleet of CNC machine tools to offer completely Made in Italy processes. Every step that leads to the installation of a machine Molinari, from design to setting, is followed directly for the achievement of high quality standards and for the satisfaction of shredding requirements – even special – expressed by the customer.
The first Molinari Granulator Mill was manufactured in 1995. The machine was new in the grinding field and led to major achievements in the plastic, RDF, wood and tyres grinding sector.
In 2012 two new machines are designed and manufactured: a shredder for tyres (Helyos) and a crushing mill for biomass (Tynos), both designed to strive for environmental sustainability and energy saving. In 2015 the TPseries of the primary shredders completes the offer for the recycling industry. Their trapezoidal blades and the speed of rotation guarantee an optimal performance in terms of energy consumption, production and maintenance. The structure of the machine is made by very thick plates, in order to guarantee long lasting, robustness and reliability. A presser guarantees the grinding of material with big dimensions, avoiding the clogging phenomenon. The motorization varies in function of the types of materials that have to be ground. A screen is installed under the rotor. Differently from the other shredders on the market, thanks to this screen you can get a final homogenous ground product according to the dimensions of the screen chosen.
