For seven days, the exhibition center of Munich was under siege again – 580,000 visitors from 200 nations – 3,423 exhibitors from 58 countries – 605,000 square meters of exhibition floor! New record figures for Bauma 2016 – the 31st edition of the world’s leading trade fair for construction machinery, building material machines, mining machines, construction vehicles and construction equipment!

Introduction of the Two-Shaft Double Jaw Breaker

Therefore an ideal environment to present the industry the latest developments that we have eagerly worked on and tweaked over the last few weeks and months. At the joint booth of ARJES and HAMMBREAKER three exhibits from the field of stone crushers were disclosed to the public. The new Impaktor series is a Two-Shaft Double Jaw Breaker with a Volvo Penta diesel engine (emissions standard EU IV / Tier 4) and asynchronous drive, which can process C&D debris, C&D waste, asphalt and similar materials very efficiently due to its two-stage crushing process. The massive material is initially pre-crushed by the special shaft geometry. The secondary double jaw breaker in conjunction with the breaker bars generates an accurate final product size.

Exhibition Booth with WOW-Factor

As a special highlight the smaller Impaktor 350 was placed on top of its larger sibling Impaktor 800 in “piggyback style”. But the icing on the cake was the turntable platform that let us rotate the smaller crawler track machine by 360 degrees in about 7 meters height. Additionally a 18 m² video wall showed the machines in action at shredding various materials. The impressive showing did not miss its effect! The exhibition team had to work overtime to supply potential customers with the relevant information, coordinate machine trials and on top of that keep everyone happy with a proper Bavarian meal of pretzels, veal sausage and wheat beer.
