New compactor Vector
Farid Industrie has introduced the new rear loading compactor Vector, the product on which the company focuses more for its own future and that is intended to pick up the baton of the successful model T1, from years absolute market leader.
New tailgate
The compactor Vector provides a new tailgate with an innovative design, developed to ensure the best efficiency and reliability of operation in total safety for the operator . The shape of the tailgate has been designed with the objective of increasing the upper cover and get a greater confinement of the powders and, in general, to ease cleaning operations, with a net reduction in the risk of bacterial contamination . A new solution adopted in the guides for the carriage plate, then, guarantees a perfect seal sewage, thus avoiding the risk of unpleasant losses. The lifting kinematics of the tailgate has been completely revised, using a geometry of the joint tailgate completely new. This solution has allowed to raise the limit of the rear seal. It should also be reported the improved lifting capacity of the tailgate, which allows to unload the compactor even when there is in the hopper some residual solid waste (organic waste, glass or ash) and on the tailgate heavy lifting accessories are mounted. Even the rear steps have been redesigned to improve the comfort and the safety of the operators. From the technical-productive point of view, then the manufacturing process has been revised, to increase production efficiency and to optimize cost.
New system
Vector has new electrical and hydraulic systems that now adopt the most advanced technological solutions on the market. The revision of the electrical system has also led to a renewed system of electronic control movement of the equipment. Vector has electronics designed for the equipment of the future and is able to integrate perfectly with a multitude of optional applications and services.
